Mike Garrison brings over 30 years of experience in architecture and project management across large-scale commercial, retail, hospitality, industrial, and residential developments. His career includes leading projects from concept through completion for nationally recognized brands, regional developers, and local Northwest Arkansas businesses. Mike's depth of experience spans early planning, permitting, and coordination with municipalities through fully executed, operational facilities.

As Commercial Project Manager at Harvey Construction, Mike applies decades of architectural knowledge and development expertise to every commercial construction project in Northwest Arkansas. His background gives clients a significant advantage: he understands construction not only from the builder's perspective but from the designer's as well. This dual expertise means he can identify potential issues during the planning phase, coordinate effectively with architects and engineers, and ensure that the finished product matches the original vision down to the last detail.

Mike's portfolio includes work with some of the most recognizable names in retail and hospitality, including Walmart, Sam's Club, JCPenney, FedEx, Outback Steakhouse, and Fleming's Steakhouse, among others. He has delivered office buildings, distribution centers, warehouses, aircraft hangars, and restaurant buildouts. Now based in NWA, he brings that national-caliber experience to local businesses, developers, and property owners throughout Bentonville, Rogers, Fayetteville, Springdale, and surrounding communities who need a general contractor they can trust with complex commercial projects.
